We provide a self-assessment tool so you can see how you are ageing and get help with anything you are finding difficult in and around your home.
We aim to provide you with information to help you manage your daily activities and live independently. We can also help you to access equipment matched to your needs to help you with any daily activities you may be finding difficult, getting in and out of (or moving around) your home, or being able to use your bathroom.
